The Loss Prevention Foundation Hosts First Learning Day of 2019
(Matthews, NC – March 14, 2019) The Loss Prevention Foundation (LPF), in partnership with the University of Indianapolis Department of Criminal Justice, held it’s first Learning Day on March 12 at the University. Over 80 students, LP professionals, solution providers and educators gathered for the 1-day educational event. The focus of the event centered on industry professionals sharing their insights on asset protection, professional development strategies, security techniques, analytics, crisis management, and cyber-crime defense.
“Learning Day was a great success,” stated Terry Sullivan, LPC, president of the LPF. “It was so great to see our colleagues come out to support and educate the next generation of LP professionals.”

At the end of the one-day session the LPF surprised all in attendance who were not already LPQ or LPC Certified with LPQ or LPC scholarships given to them by the LPF participating partners…Specifically Axis Communications, Instakey Security Systems, LPM Media Group, Loss Prevention Magazine, Profitect, Protos Security, Sensormatic and Stanley Security.
