The Loss Prevention Foundation (LPF) Announces New Board Members
(Matthews, NC - September 30, 2019) The Loss Prevention Foundation (LPF) has announced the selection of its newest board members to assist in governing and providing strategic direction for the Foundation. The following individuals have accepted the nomination and have been approved by the board to serve on the Foundation's Board of Directors:
"The LPF continues to strive for a broad range of industry perspectives from those that are on our board so that we can serve the LP/AP industry in an informed and comprehensive manner," said Terry Sullivan, LPC, President of the LPF. "We are very excited to have Nadine, Cathy, and Charles join the LPF Board of Directors. I am certain that their leadership and diverse retail backgrounds will help to assist the Foundation's mission of education."
Each new board member must demonstrate their support for industry-specific loss prevention certification and must be personally committed to obtaining the LPC designation. They must have a passion for improving our professional perception as an industry and feel professional certification is a critical step in achieving that goal.
“The Loss Prevention Foundation Board is comprised of many great leaders in the industry. We welcome Nadine, Cathy, and Charles as dynamic thought leaders who will continue to grow our Board with their skill sets,” said Frank Johns, LPC, chairman of The Loss Prevention Foundation. “With the goal of education and certifying Loss Prevention executives through the LPC and LPQ certification programs, the Foundation strives to help elevate the Loss Prevention professional as a leader in the retail industry. By expanding our Board with individuals like these, we will gain more diverse thought to achieve that goal.”
