The Loss Prevention Foundation Holds Annual Board of Director's Meeting
(Matthews, NC – October 29, 2019) On Friday, October 25, 2019 the Loss Prevention Foundation held its annual Board of Director’s meeting in Hilton Head, SC. The annual meeting, as mandated by the Foundation’s by-laws, consists of a closed-door session attended by only the Board of Directors followed by an open meeting for all in attendance at the combined LPF, LP Magazine and RILA APLC event.
“I am so proud of all that the LPF team has accomplished in the year since our last meeting,” commented Terry Sullivan, LPC, President of the Loss Prevention Foundation. “The meeting was a huge success with close to 100 LPF Partners and board members in attendance. We are, as always, extremely grateful to our LPF partners and to everyone who attended to support the Loss Prevention Foundation.”
The LPF board meeting included presentations by 13 different speakers regarding new course content, course updates, LPF membership enhancements, and the 2019 & 2020 Swing for Certification Golf Tournament. There were also presentations on Certification Completion from Kroger along with a case study presentation by Dell Technologies.
The Loss Prevention Foundation also welcomed its three newest board members: Charles Bernard, Group Vice President – Pharmacy & Retail Operations, Walgreens; Nadine Lajeune, Format Leader, Retail Asset & Profit Protection, TransformCo; & Cathy Langley, LPC, Vice President Asset Protection, Rite Aid.
