Caroline has served as Executive Director of the National Association for Shoplifting Prevention, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, since January 2006. Caroline was tasked with guiding NASP through a fundamental redesign and refocus of its mission, programs, services and governance. We believe that this experience makes Caroline the ideal candidate to guide the LP Foundation through its next phase of development.

NASP has had a longstanding relationship with the LP Foundation and its Board. Caroline is excited to join the LP Foundation team and is looking forward to working with the LP Foundation team as well as to the chance to more directly serve the retail LP/AP community.

Julie Lawson, LPCJulie Lawson, LPC
Director of Operations & Partnerships

Julie Lawson, LPC is the Director of Operations and Partnerships for the Loss Prevention Foundation. Julie is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's operational functions and establishing partnerships to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Julie is LPCertified (LPC) and has served the loss prevention industry for sixteen years in retail and vendor roles. Julie has become an industry advisor in Loss Prevention, OSHA Health & Safety, ORC, Case Management, Exception Based Reporting, Analytics and Supply Chain. During her time in the industry, Julie has fostered relationships across both retail and vendor partners. She is looking forward to using her experience to support the LPF with loss prevention education in the industry.
