The Loss Prevention Foundation is a not-for-profit organization. Therefore, the LPF operates leanly. Should revenue be generated above the cost of our operations, the Board of Directors must determine how those funds are best used to enhance the Loss Prevention Industry.

As a consequence, we are sorry, but we cannot offer refunds above and beyond the protections already in place by your state of residence. All sales are final. Promotions and discounts are valid for only the moment in time they are offered. They cannot be transferred forward to future registration purchases, nor transferred backward to past purchases.

Know that all money we receive is handled with great diligence and accountability, and is used by the Loss Prevention Foundation to professionalize the Loss Prevention Industry. In doing so, our professionals are ultimately educated to safeguard your costs as a consumer, by reducing risk and loss.
